Recognising Colour and Structure:
Multispectral Image Capture Technology by Color AIXperts
Multispectral imaging technology connects colour metrology with imaging. Both the colour and structure of an object are reproduced. Unlike this, conventional RGB technology of scanners and cameras is not able to handle colour information faithfully. On the other hand, spectrophometers allow for accurate colour measurements, but do not take patterns and structure into account. The multispectral technology by Color AIXperts (pronounce: “Colour Experts”) supplies accurate spectra for millions of pixels. Mathematical processes then simulate human colour vision and provide faithful digital colour images on monitors and printers.
